Mr. Talese currently owns 100% of V-Talese Incorporated and sits at the forefront of our company's growth and success. Overseeing all of the day to day operations of V-Talese Inc., Victor exemplifies all definitions of "The Entrepreneur". He continues to play a large role in the training and development of new hires. He assembles and organizes our construction crews by identifying personal traits and work ethics that will compliment one another and increase productivity. Victor's focus is on slow and steady growth with an emphasis on developing solid relationships with each new client allowing the company to tailor its Services and Processes to meet the needs of each and every customer.

Ms. Talese is building the systems and corporate structure for both the operations and finance for V-Talese Incorporated. She brings to her position 10 years of strong management and operations background. Prior to joining V-Talese Inc., Tammi served as the Director of Operations for Intelecom Solutions, a privately held integrated telecommunications provider. Hired to design and implement the operations of both the Customer Service and Provisioning Departments, Tammi was accountable for customer retention. During her two years with Intelecom Solutions, the company's monthly revenues increased from $10,000 to over $250,000 in May of 2002. Ms. Talese also served 4 years as a General Manager for Tutor Time Learning Systems Inc. In 1998, she was relocated from PA to Smithtown, NY and was instrumental in the company's acquisition of the Long Island franchises. She operated Tutor Time's most profitable territory recognizing more than 50% of the corporation's annual revenues. Ms. Talese has a B.S. in Psychology from Ursinus College, Collegeville, PA and an M.B.A. from Dowling College, Oakdale, NY.

Kirby has more than 30 years experience in the wall and ceiling industry, having worked for several of our competitors. Kirby joined the management team of V-Talese Inc. in August of 2003. He brought to the company many solid construction industry relationships. Kirby is frequently welcomed on job sites by other industry professionals he has serviced in the past and in some instances had even hired and trained those individuals early in his career. His work ethic, reliability, and above average craftsmanship are rare in today's workforce, and he is integral to the continued training and success of our elite crews.
